Once your order has been completed and shipped, the following estimated transit times apply:

Estimated Arrival Date = Processing Time + Transit Time

All USPS shipments are fully insured up to $200. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your cart includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items and you select expedited shipping within the U.S., we will ship custom-made items via expedited shipping and ready-to-ship items via standard shipping to ensure timely delivery.

International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by their destination country.

You may track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

Please request any order cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, as our team begins processing orders promptly to ensure timely fulfillment.

Return Policy

We happily accept returns for new and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Custom-made jewelry may be eligible for reworking for a small service fee.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved, minus a $6 return processing fee.
Refunds are only issued if the return is due to an error on our part.

Returns that do not follow our return instructions or are received late may be declined.
Return processing may take up to 2 weeks, depending on order volume.
